PURCHASING AGENTS

100% REBATES IN ANY CURRENCY

Entities listed herein are contracted to act as Purchasing Agents for MILLENIUM ES CORP (“MCORP”).

Any Member of the Internet Catalogue Club may arrange, through an ICIB WORK CENTER authorized by MCORP, to purchase from or through these entities.

The price that a Member would pay would be the market retail or wholesale (depending on the Agent) price for items to be delivered.

Once a Purchasing Agent confirms that full payment in acceptable funds have been received for the items ordered, MCORP may request a 100% rebate for the Buyer.

Confirmation would be acknowledged once an Agent sends the difference between the Buyer price and amount MCORP would be charged to coordinates specified by MCORP.

The rebate would be provided by THE BLUE MILLENIAL FOUNDATION ordering the full amount through the ANYTHING STORE Portal of www.chips-corner.com

As a result, FIDES (see www.fides.com.mx), as a “cutting house”, would issue FIDES GOLD BONDS with full payment for the BONDS being made by THE FOUNDATION.

MCORP may use the BONDS to obtain acceptable margin accounts and/or may sell these through “repo” contracts, to accumulate capital funds.

The capital funds would be managed by FIDES, which would instruct contracted Wealth Management Groups to buy/sell negotiable instruments as MCORP may instruct FIDES.

Buy/sell transactions, governed by MOU signed by FIDES, by MCORP, and by Wealth Management Groups, may be used to provide rebate funding in any desired currency.

Members may make their own arrangements with Purchasing Agents listed herein, but rebates would be available only for transactions approved by CENTERS.

Buyers hereby acknowledge and accept that MCORP, THE FOUNDATION, FIDES, and IBOM are not responsible or liable for any business a Member may transact with an Agent.

Buyers hereby acknowledge and accept that rebates as described herein are paid on a “best efforts” basis only and that there is no obligation for a rebate to be provided.

ICIB WORK CENTERS MAY REQUEST THE LISTING OF THE PURCHASING AGENTS BY SENDING AN EMAIL REQUEST TO PURCHASE-AGENT-LIST@CHANGE2100.COM. THE TYPES OF PURCHASING AGENTS ARE SHOWN BELOW.
